Individual
Compete solo and test yourself in a competitive setting against other individual athletes.
- Elite: No limits, heavy loads, and high-level gymnastics are expected

From June 15 to July 5, athletes worldwide compete in the online qualifiers for a spot at the Amsterdam Throwdown final weekend.
For three weeks, you’ll have the chance to prove your level, improve your scores, and secure your position on the leaderboard.
